An expert in the execution of complex transformational initiatives for top companies, Shridhar has a clear focus on driving profitability. He currently manages a USD40 million VC fund focussed in impact sectors such as environment, healthcare, fintech and education. He is also a mentor for start-up entrepreneurs, and active and well-networked with HNI’s in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru.
Previously, Shridhar has been the CFO at Britannia Industries, Future Capital Holdings, and Coca-Cola. He has vast experience as a Group Director & CFO, raising capital, taking companies public, setting up investment companies, and enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiencies. He originated and executed the largest PE deal, valued at over USD1 billion, in the Indian real estate sector for the Hiranandani Group. Shridhar has also managed over a billion dollars of treasury investments at Future Capital (now Capital First).

Shridhar has excellent network connections and relationships with merchant bankers, local and international lawyers, regulatory agencies, accounting & auditing firms, and banks & financial institutions cultivated during his senior leadership stint of more than 30 years.
