Monil currently heads a manufacturing business focused on sustainable textiles and manages his family office investments, focusing on the early stage and private equity portfolio. He serves on the working committee of a community-based incubation & innovation center in Mumbai. Previously, Monil has held various roles in technology and consulting firms, leading strategy and business development in the US, UK, and India markets. He founded and managed an incubator in the US, which the prestigious Kauffman Foundation sponsored.

Monil holds a Master's in Information Management and specialization in Information Security, a Bachelor's in Information Technology from Syracuse University, New York, and a Diploma in Disruptive Innovation from Harvard Business School. He enjoys live music, reading, and playing golf.
